My Approach.
In my practice I take a collaborative approach to counseling and deeply listen to help clients identify goals and areas of change. I draw from a variety of theoretical perspectives and tailor my approach to a client’s needs. I practice from a systemic lens which means I pay attention to how systems (social, cultural, religious, familial) interact with our sense of connection. I utilize evidence based practices such as:

Qualifications.
-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Washington
-Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University
-Experience treating adults and adolescents at Residential, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care for both eating disorders and mood and anxiety issues
-Previous experience includes being a clinical manager for a child and adolescent eating disorder program. My role included seeing clients, supervising other therapists and ensuring quality care was being implemented
-Approved supervisor in the State of Washington
