I am here to help

I am particularly passionate about helping those who are struggling with eating disorders, disorder eating or other food and body concerns find freedom and self acceptance. I have been helping those with eating disorders since 2012 and have worked at numerous eating disorder treatment centers at all levels of care. I work with all types of eating disorders including: Anorexia Nervosa, Avoidant Restrictive Intake Disorder, Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa and Other Specified Eating Disorder.

Eating disorders affect both the body and mind and I help individuals learn how to cope and navigate through challenging feelings and thoughts that drive many eating disorder behaviors. I also love to work with parents and caregivers supporting someone with an eating disorder and have had training in Family Based Treatment.

I continue to do my own work to be a counter voice to diet culture and work towards creating awareness around its harmful messages. I practice from a Health at Every Size perspective and frequently collaborate with doctors and dietitians.
